JCA was founded in 2011 by John Armstrong who has been recruiting Technology professionals since 2000 across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Our role is to identify and match the best talent to our clients within specialist sectors, focusing on quality over quantity. As well as advising our clients on the best HR and Talent strategies, we also act as career coach to our candidates to ensure they are maximising the best opportunities in the market.
