Cybersecurity Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Growth: Develop and manage a profitable sales pipeline for cybersecurity services and products, focusing on driving new business opportunities within the KSA market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying and converting new opportunities into successful deals.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on existing key account relationships, increasing client value through additional company cybersecurity services.
- Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate company's unique value proposition to clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner for cybersecurity services and solutions.
- Managed Security Services (MSS): Position and sell company's Managed Security Services portfolio, tailoring solutions to client needs within the KSA market.
- Cybersecurity Consulting Services: Drive the sale of company's cybersecurity consulting services portfolio, helping clients navigate and address their security challenges.
- CRM & Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring a clear sales pipeline and providing reliable sales closure forecasts.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the company colleagues across various functions (sales, pre-sales, bid teams) to ensure the effective use of business development resources and drive efficient client engagements.
Skills:
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and products, with knowledge of market-leading cybersecurity solutions.
- Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Saudi Arabian or GCC cybersecurity market, with insights into regional trends and competitive offerings.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and articulate complex cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience with System Integrators: Previous experience working with a Global System Integrator (GSI), with a solid understanding of sales, pre-sales, and bid processes.
- Distributor & Vendor Relationships: Strong working relationships with at least 2-3 cybersecurity distributors and 5-6 product vendors within the KSA market.
- C-Level Relationships: Established C-level connections and relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Industry Focus: Demonstrated expertise and established presence in at least two major market segments, such as Public Sector, BFSI, Oil & Gas, PIF companies, Energy & Utilities.
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales of cybersecurity services or products, with a proven track record of success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or any related field.
