Head of Sales - SAP
The SAP Head of Sales will lead the sales strategy and execution of the company's SAP solutions, including implementation, support, and licensing services. This role requires a visionary leader who can build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and guide a team to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for SAP solutions, aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SAP sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SAP market, focusing on strategic industries and sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP delivery, PMO, and marketing, to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of sales performance to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our SAP capabilities.
- Stay updated on SAP products, market trends, and competitive dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in SAP solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the enterprise solutions space.
- Strong knowledge of SAP products and services, including implementation, support, and licensing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market and experience working with clients in the region is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
