Senior Presales Solutions Partner
The Snr Technology Partner supports the Account Manager (AM) in the areas of lead generation, opportunity identification, definition and qualification, promotion, negotiation, and closing (upon delegation from AM) on large, complex solutions related to this field of expertise. Work function is inclusive of creating business value by supporting the development of both technical and commercial solutions that drive multi-year service contracts. Solutions typically include situational analysis assessment, business and infrastructure alignment plan, transformation/optimisation program, solution architecture design, life-cycle management services, and ongoing operational support and optimisation. The Snr Technology partner should focus mainly on helping customers assess and make plans to adopt ICT and digital services in their IT environment, with the final intent of positioning Company’s Business Services capabilities in this space.
- “On top of” current technology trends driving digital transformation
- Very good understanding of Networking/SD-WAN and Cyber Security is a must
- Good understanding of Cloud
- Support customers in finding solutions to their ICT and/ or digital transformation needs (Network/Connectivity, SD Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud, Data, IoT, Collaboration)
- The Snr technology partner should be knowledgeable in the technology ecosystem of SDWAN / SDx partners (Cisco, Fortinet, etc) with a clearly demonstrated ability to advise customers on optimal plans to move towards the SD infrastructure environment.
- Additionally, the Senior Technology Partner should have also been exposed to security architecture (SASE), MDR/EDR/XDR technologies, WAF, DDOS and Cloud Security concepts and standards.
- Technology certifications from prominent vendors in Network, SD-WAN , Cybersecurity, and Cloud domains will be considered a plus.
